Review and ensure timely completion of Financial Board Package
Design, implement and maintain budget/forecasting system
Consolidation of financials
Automate data collection and financial reporting tools
Collect and further develop KPIs/dashboard
Liaise with client finance and other departments to address client and internal financial matters
Regularly research, track, compile, analyze and present to senior leaders information about budgets, budget changes, profitability, and spending across all departments and the company in general
Produce and regularly update client finance forms (e.g., monthly accruals and budget sheets)
Prepare financial comparisons, such as P/L variance against budget and prior years
Provide support for all audits
Provide research and support on transactions and due diligence
Eight (8) years experience in accounting/financial analysis and reporting
Four-year bachelor’s degree with concentration in accounting and finance
Experience in general accounting procedures
Experience with multi-currency consolidation and reporting
Microsoft Dynamics SL experience a plus
Adaptive Insights experience a major plus
Familiarity working at an ad or media agency a plus
Outstanding Microsoft Office Skills, and specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Access
Must be well-versed in creating graphs and charts in Excel and PowerPoint for audience presentations
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Must be able to effectively communicate and work with all levels of personnel and outside contacts, including clients and vendors
Demonstrate excellence in prioritization, meeting deadlines and completing assignments thoroughly and accurately
A natural problem-solver with proven financial acumen and impeccable attention to detail. Does not hesitate to speak up, ask questions or to request clarification and guidance.
