  • Serve as the expert on the client’s business, their category and their challenges.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and communications disciplines to assist in the development of smart and results-driven strategies.
  • Provide timely, efficient, and effective administrative and project management support to senior account leadership.
  • Provide timely feedback and responses to internal teams and clients.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account, including attending client calls and meetings, scheduling logistics, drafting and distributing of agendas and meeting notes.
  • Partner with the production team to develop project work plans, comprised of resource allocation, detailed schedules, budgets and cost estimates.
  • Support the development of materials/decks for client meetings and presentations.
  • Work with Account Director & Account Supervisor to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth.
  • Provide regular status reports to Account Director & Account Supervisor for all initiatives.
  • Keep team morale up and the trains running on time.


  • 3-4 years of relevant agency experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, and adapt to change while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience and a keen interest in all aspects of digital and social media marketing.
  • Strategically-minded. Must be able to spot opportunities to add value at every stage.
  • Client-facing background with excellent organizational and writing skills, and a sharp, attentive eye for detail.
  • Ability to not only meet requests, but self-start and initiate without prompting on key account needs given timelines, schedules, and client needs.
