  • Works directly with the Executive Director of New Business at Engine to strategically vet and qualify opportunities.
  • Strategically crafts responses to RFIs.
  • Participates in the overall pitch strategy, crafting the narrative and rallying cross-functional teams to support the development of a cohesive story. -Develops new relationships with prospective clients and builds agency credibility through all client interactions.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the organization’s capabilities and helps develop and strategically articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition.
  • Works directly with the Head of Account Management and Head of Creative Product to strategically make casting decisions based on the client needs and brief.
  • Champions stellar creative.
  • Innovates process and make recommendations for new ways of working to drive greater efficiency.
  • Develops strategies and implements inbound lead generation best practices to attract prospects to the agency.


  • 4+ years agency experience in the capacity of a New Business role, or in a senior Account Management role.
  • Exceptionally Client Service-focused. Must be able to build a strong rapport, trust and relationship with the prospective client throughout the pitch process.
  • Deep understanding and appreciation for the creative process.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in digital marketing and content development.
  • Experience in pitching AOR and integrated client engagements (media and creative) is strongly preferred.
  • The ability to constantly optimize process to drive greater efficiency and positively impact win rate.
  • Works well in high pressure situations and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines and resource management
  • Flexible, solutions-oriented and collaborative approach.
  • Constant curiosity - asking right questions and listening for opportunities that allow the agency to go beyond the brief and provide a unique and differentiated perspective
  • Demonstrates ability to read a situation and react appropriately to solve issues.
